Fortunately, the rest of the day went to plan, although the battery went in my camera. However, we went on the Metro to Pigalle. We wandered to the Funicalar train up to Montmarte. We all had crepes in a cafe bar. We visited Sacre Coeur, then wrote our postcards overlooking Paris.

Back to Montparnasse and Merri fell fast asleep in my arms on the Metro and stayed that way, right back to Rambouillet and to the car back to the tent.
